Cristanne Miller is SUNY distinguished professor and Edward H. Butler professor of literature at the University at Buffalo SUNY. Her books on Dickinson include Emily Dickinson: A Poet’s Grammar, and Reading in Time: Emily Dickinson and the Nineteenth Century. She lives in Buffalo, New York.
